Social studies is concerned with understanding society and the people in it.
At each meeting, one member of the group introduces the month's topic and then we all discuss it. We cover psychology, sociology, social history and current affairs.

Recent topics include “Grannies”, “Personality types” and “Can integration ever happen?”

If enough people are interested, the coordinator would be happy to help them set up another group.
