AGMs
The Dronfield and District u3a's AGM is on Wednesday 14th October 2026. Please read the Pre-Notification Notice. It explains the purpose of the AGM and calls for nominations for members to serve as Trustees on the u3a’s 2026-2027 Executive Committee. The final notice for the AGM, which will include the u3a's Annual Report, will be emailed to members by 20th September. Printed copies will be sent to members who don't use email.
Members' Portal
You can use the Members' Portal to join or leave groups, update your contact details. You can also renew your membership during the annual renewal period in April/May each year. To use the Portal you need to create a membership account.

Membership Renewal
Are you a previous member wanting to re-join? We'd love to have you back, no matter how long it is since you were last a member. You can't renew online, so please download a Membership Renewal Form. Either bring your completed form and cheque to a Monthly Meeting or post it to us. Everything you need to know is on the form.
If you can't print it yourself, copies are available from the Membership Desk at our Monthly Meetings.
Insurance, Risk Assessments and Policies
Risk assessments and policies don't make for exciting reading. But we have to have them, our members are expected to abide by them and our insurance depends on them. So please, take a few minutes to read and review them. You may find them useful one day.
Did you Know?
The national u3a runs a wide range of learning activities for u3a members, including online talks and workshops. It also produces an online Friends newsletter, featuring news, learning opportunities and members' stories from across the u3a movement. Members who enrol for the newsletter are given exclusive access to the Friends Extra website, which offers a range of discounts and services for u3a members.
