We learn about gardening by visiting public gardens in the region - depending on opening times these may be at different times and/or on other days of the week. We meet in January to plan the year's visits with members suggesting gardens they would like to visit.  We travel in cars to gardens within a 50 mile radius, car sharing to reduce our impact on the planet.  We take enough cars to accommodate everyone who wants to go, so non-drivers are welcome to travel as passengers.
